Method of making curd with capsule
Make curd the smart, simple, and healthy way – right from your kitchen.
- 01. Boil a raw milk 2 - 5 Minutes. You can use market-available or raw milk to make curd. If you use buffalo milk to make curd, you get very good results. The milk needs to be heated until it reaches boiling temperature.
- 02. Bring it warm 50° C to 60° C. After heating the milk completely, let it become warm, such that we can tolerate its temperature in our hands.
- 03. Split a capsule and add content to milk. Open the capsule in both parts and pour the contents into the milk. Even if the capsule cover falls into the milk, it is okay, because it is a perfectly edible ingredient. Then stir the milk with a spoon. So that the powder and milk are mixed.
- 04. Cover it and leave it for overnight. Cover the bowl and leave it overnight. In the morning, you will see that the curd is ready.
- 05. Use in the diet according to taste and need. Once the curd is ready, you can store it in the refrigerator and add sugar to it as per your taste or use it in various ways in your diet.
